Troy Loker, Ph.D. is a school psychologist in a large Florida school district and currently serves as a district-level Response to Intervention (RtI) Facilitator. He has been serving as the district’s easyCBM™ Coordinator, responsible for managing the development of trainings and technical assistance to improve the utility and fidelity of easyCBM usage across the district. Most recently, Dr. Loker was elected President (2014–2015) of the Florida Association of School Psychologists (FASP). In this webinar, Troy will share his insights and experiences with regard to implementing easyCBM as a district-wide progress-monitoring tool within an RtI framework.
