Veejay joined HMH as Chief Technology Officer in 2024, bringing extensive experience in scaling cloud-based technologies, driving innovation, and leading global teams. With nine patents, he has led technology, product, and operations teams at Fortune 100 companies and private equity-owned scale-ups. Veejay excels in transforming SaaS and AI-powered businesses and is known for navigating complex technical landscapes. He has earned awards for his work in the technology sector, like the Ship IT award for lasting contributions to Microsoft’s history.

At HMH, Veejay oversees the Technology Solutions Group, including software engineering, digital product design and platform, delivering updates and new features to HMH solutions and enhancing the overall user experience for educators and students. Before HMH, Veejay was the Chief Technology Officer at Provenir, a fintech company specializing in automating loan origination and credit risk analysis. He also held technical leadership roles at Finastra, SAP, and Microsoft.
