Before joining the HMH family as Sr. Director of Professional Services, Nikki was a classroom teacher for 12 years, teaching math to middle school students. In addition to her experience in the classroom, she has supported teachers and leaders through the role of coaching. Nikki holds her Master of Business Administration. She is passionate about ensuring that all students and teachers have opportunities to learn, grow, and be inspired.
