Kathleen Richards is a former HMH senior learning scientist in English language arts and humanities. Kathleen is a linguist with more than a decade of experience researching literacy and language development and developing digital assessment and instructional content in the educational technology space. Her research interests include formative assessment, differentiated instruction, early literacy, and second language acquisition.
