Dr. Jennifer Chastain serves as the Principal of John Thomas School of Discovery, a K–6 STEAM magnet school within Nixa Public Schools in Southwest Missouri. She has spent the last 20 years in education, 11 as a teacher and the last 9 as an administrator. Dr. Chastain is passionate about creating a culture of risk-taking and innovation for the teachers and students she serves.
