Dan Smith has been in the field of education for 15 years. He has worked at Kiski Area his entire career, beginning as a Social Studies teacher, then moving to the position of Department Chairperson, and was named the Supervisor of Technology Integration and Support in 2016. Dan serves as the liaison between Kiski Area and Google Programs Manager Peter Logli. In 2017 Dan was selected as a Google for Education Certified Trainer, authorized and vetted by Google to provide Professional Development on G Suite.
