Ashley Kemp is currently serving as Principal at Evergreen Elementary School, a turnaround school, in Marion County Schools (Florida) to lead its transformation efforts. Mrs. Kemp started with the district in 2012 as a teacher at South Ocala Elementary. In 2015, she became assistant principal at Dr. NH Jones Elementary and then moved to Belleview-Santos Elementary in the same capacity a year-and-a-half later. She was named Principal at Belleview Santos for the 2018-2019 school year. Kemp earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Saint Leo University. She is a Belleview High graduate and lives with her husband and two children in Marion County.
