Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Schedules Conference Call to Discuss 2013 Results

 

BOSTON – Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Company (HMH) today announced that it will release fourth quarter and full year 2013 financial and operating results after market close on Wednesday, March 5, 2014. HMH has scheduled a conference call to discuss these results on Thursday, March 6, 2014. HMH plans to file its audited financial statements in its Annual Report on Form 10-K, which is expected to be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in late March 2014.

At 8:30 a.m. ET on Thursday March 6, 2014, HMH will host a conference call to discuss its fourth quarter and full year 2013 results with its investors. The conference call will be webcast live at www.hmhco.com under the Investor Relations section.
