Ireland Gender Pay Gap Report

At HMH Ireland, we are committed to fostering a culture of inclusion that reflects the diverse demographics and perspectives of the educators and students we serve. As required by Ireland's Gender Pay Gap Information Act of 2021, HMH must publish a gender pay gap report providing a series of pay gap metrics showing the pay differences between male and female employees. This report provides insights into our pay gap, the reasons for it, and the initiatives we have in place to address it.
