Through the Knowledge Map, students journey across content that builds background knowledge and provides a cross-disciplinary experience in Science, Social Studies, Literature, Culture, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. Its knowledge clusters are woven throughout the ReaL Book, Student App, and Independent Reading library.

In the READ 180 Universal Student Software, students have the opportunity to select a segment that interests them. Every segment connects to one or more knowledge clusters, aligned with the Knowledge Map. The program’s knowledge clusters have been thoughtfully selected to progressively build cross-disciplinary knowledge.
